1. What is a Sella publisher account?
Your affiliate account is the unique identity created after you register on the Sella Network platform. It is used to log in and manage all your affiliate activities.
2. What is a Promotion ID and what is it for?
A Promotion ID is your tracking identifier for affiliate marketing. It is embedded in your affiliate links so that user actions and orders generated through the link are recorded under this Promotion ID.
3. Can I create multiple Promotion IDs for different channels?
Yes. You can create different Promotion IDs for different channels, so you can quickly compare the efficiency of each channel in your performance reports.
4. Why do I need to provide a bank account?
Your affiliate commissions are credited to your Sella Network account according to the payout schedule. You can withdraw released earnings to your linked bank account.
1. How do I get an affiliate link?
Browse the Ad Center, find the product you want to promote, and click Promote Now to view your affiliate link.
2. What can I promote?
You can promote individual products, or add products to a list to generate a product list page and promote that list page — both earn you commission.
3. Does cross-device ordering affect my commission?
Currently the platform only calculates commission for orders placed in the App. Other channels are not yet supported. You can guide users to open the App through your affiliate link and complete the order there to ensure you receive the corresponding commission.
4. What promotion behavior qualifies for commission?
When a user places an order through your affiliate link and completes payment, and either no other affiliate's link was clicked or your attribution priority is higher according to the platform's attribution rules, you earn commission on that order. See the Affiliate Commission Calculation Rules for details.
5. Does the user need to order immediately after clicking my link?
No. Sella's tracking window is 30 days. As long as the user clicked your affiliate link and performed valid actions — such as fully opening the product page or clicking on the promotion page — and completes the order and payment within the following 30 days, when the Affiliate Commission Calculation Rules determine the commission belongs to you, you will receive it.
6. Why are some completed orders missing from my bill?
There are two possible reasons. One is that your affiliate link changed. A changed link causes the platform to lose the corresponding tracking record, preventing subsequent orders from being associated with you. The other is that the user clicked another affiliate's link after yours, and your attribution priority was lower. You can avoid this by guiding users to complete their order as soon as possible after clicking your link.
7. Which regions can I promote in?
Different products have different available sales regions. Since products cannot be ordered in unavailable regions, your promotion will not generate commission there. Please pay attention to the promotion region label on the product when selecting products to promote.
8. Why is the commission different for the same product?
The same product may have different prices and commission rates in different regions and at different times, resulting in different commissions. You can leverage regional commission differences and adjust your regional promotion focus accordingly to maximize your earnings.
1. When is my commission confirmed after a user orders through my link?
After the user completes payment, Sella determines the commission attribution for that order.
2. When will I receive my affiliate commission?
Sella pays commission after the order review period, which is typically 30–60 days. Please refer to your settlement statements for specific details.
3. Why are there product orders in my commission bill that I did not promote?
To protect affiliate earnings, Sella evaluates your influence on order completion. When a user does not order your promoted product but purchases other products within the tracking window, the platform may still calculate and pay commission according to the rules.
4. Why does the earnings amount differ from what's shown on the product card?
Earnings are directly tied to the order transaction price. Since product prices may differ across regions, commissions for different regional orders may also vary. Please refer to your commission statement for the actual amount.
5. Why did my estimated commission decrease?
If a buyer refunds or cancels an order before shipment, the associated commission is deducted from your estimated balance. The order will appear as Voided or Refunded in the order list.
6. Why are there negative commission orders in my bill?
If an order is refunded or the platform determines that commission should be reversed after it was paid to you, Sella will deduct the paid commission from your future earnings. This appears as a negative amount in the bill.
7. How do I withdraw earnings from my account?
You can withdraw earned earnings to your linked bank account via IBAN or SWIFT.
8. Are there any withdrawal limits?
Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable platform fee depend on your bank region. You'll see the applicable fees before confirming your withdrawal. Bank fees charged by intermediary or receiving banks may still apply.
